Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time We work with international production and fulfillment partners, and standard delivery time is 7–14 business days from when your order is placed. Delivery time may vary depending on your location.

Shipping cost Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, and shown before you complete your order.

Tracking You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships from the warehouse.

Customs & import duties For orders shipped internationally, your country's customs and tax regulations may result in additional charges (duties, VAT/sales tax) payable by you upon receipt. This is outside of our control.

Damaged or incorrect items Contact us right away on our contact page if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, and we'll sort it out quickly.
